Is my item bought from Xiaomi.offical authorised store?

Your item is acknowledged as a product authorised by Xiaomi through the proof of purchase provided to the order recipient. so yes all products are authorised the only difference is the packaging box 

How do I claim warranty for my Xiaomi product?

Yes all products have 1 year warranty, 30 days to refund it 

Will there be other products?

Yes there will soon be phones, walking pad ect but for the moment we are just focusing on scooters at the moment 

 

Why is your products so cheap compared to other companies

We are cheap because we are located in china with a warehouse that produces these products, since we are shiping it be sea it would be free for all customers, which is another reason why its cheap unfortunately due to this shipment of the products will be about 25-30 days
